How to register for a Pinnacle account

This guide walks you through creating a new Pinnacle.com account. Registration takes just a few minutes and requires basic personal information.

Who can register?

Pinnacle.com offers worldwide service to customers in several countries and territories. During sign-up, you will see a list of available countries in the registration form. If your country appears in the dropdown menu, you are eligible to register.

Important: Certain countries and territories are restricted from using Pinnacle.com services. These restrictions are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

One account policy: Pinnacle maintains a strict one account per customer policy. Each person is permitted to have only one account.

Registration steps

Follow these steps to create your account:

Go to www.pinnacle.com and click JOIN
Enter your personal details:
1. Full name (as it appears on your identification)
2. Date of birth
3. Email address
4. Country of residence
Create a strong, secure password
Complete the captcha verification
Review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy
Submit the registration form

What happens next?

Once you submit the form, you will receive an activation email within 1 to 2 minutes. In rare occasions it can take up to 30 minutes. You must activate your account before you can log in.
