How to update your account information
You can update certain personal details on your Pinnacle account, including your address and phone number. Email address, legal name, and country changes can only be processed by contacting our customer service team via email request. Some changes may require supporting documentation so we can verify your identity and keep your account secure.
How to submit a change request
To request an update to your account information, contact Pinnacle Support via email and include the details you want to change.
- Send an email to customerservice@pinnacle.com
- Provide the information you want to update.
- Provide a reason for the change request to help us understand your difficulties.
What happens after we process your request
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will update your account and notify you of the outcome.
- Email changes may trigger a re-verification email sent to your new address
- Personal data changes may take longer if we need to review supporting documents
- If we cannot complete the request, we will explain what is needed next
