Why can’t I access my Pinnacle.com account in Ontario?

Pinnacle has obtained a license to operate in Ontario. In accordance with regulatory requirements, all players who previously had accounts on Pinnacle.com and are accessing our services from Ontario must have an account on Pinnacle.ca to continue playing in this region.

Only players registered on Pinnacle.ca can access our services while in Ontario. Don’t worry, your Pinnacle.com account and all usual services will remain available once you are outside Ontario.

If you plan to use our services in Ontario going forward, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@pinnacle.ca. We will assist you with setting up a new account on Pinnacle.ca.
