Important: Withdrawals over €7,000 (or equivalent value) may require additional processing time. For compliance with international financial regulations, we may need to request additional proof of identification for larger transactions.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer processing times vary by currency:

  • Most currencies: 1-2 hours from the time you request the withdrawal in the Cashier
  • Euro (EUR) payouts: 1-3 banking days

Credit Card
