Can I change the currency I use for my Pinnacle account?

Yes. In some cases, you can request a currency change for your Pinnacle account. This is an internal request that Pinnacle can process at the client's request, and it must be sent by email from the registered email address.

Please note that each account can only have its currency changed once, and the change cannot be reversed.

Before you request a currency change

Make sure that:

  • All pending bets have been graded.
  • All funds have been withdrawn from the account.
  • Any pending document verification has been completed, if required.

How to request a currency change

  1. Send an email to our Customer Service team from your registered email address.
  2. Include the currency you would like to use.
  3. Provide the reason for your change request, to help us ensure this is possible.
  4. Our team will review your request. All requests are subject to account review before a change can be approved.

Available currencies

The available currencies are USD, EUR, and in some cases the local currency of your registered country.
