Why can't I log Into my account?

If you’re having trouble logging in, it could be due to one of the following common reasons:

1. New account (not yet activated)
If you recently created an account, you need to activate it first. Check your email inbox for the activation link sent to the address you registered with.

  • Didn’t receive the email? Go back to the Sign Up page, where you can request a new activation link at the bottom of the page.

2. Multiple failed login attempts
If you’ve tried to log in several times unsuccessfully, your account may have been temporarily suspended for security reasons. Contact us for instructions on how to unblock your account.

3. Additional compliance information required
Sometimes, we need extra documentation to meet regulatory or financial requirements. If this applies, you should have received an email with instructions. Once the documents are submitted and approved, your account will be reopened.

4. Technical issues
If you suspect a technical problem is preventing you from logging in:

  • Take a screenshot of the error (including the error message and URL).

  • Contact us via email so we can assist you individually.

5. Other reasons
There are several less common reasons an account may be restricted. Check your registered email inbox for any messages from us explaining the issue.
